Editing your Pinnacle profile in the Broadcom Insights portal


Welcome Pinnacle members! We are excited to introduce an innovative feature to the Broadcom Insights portal that will allow you to take control of your partner profile lists. This new functionality allows our Pinnacle cloud service providers in the Broadcom Advantage Partner program to create and edit their own listings, ensuring you can effectively differentiate your business and attract the right customers.

What is the PARTNER INSIGHTS listing?

Previously, VMware hosted a list of cloud service provider partners for our customers to find their perfect partner based on filters and partner services. We have now migrated this valuable resource to our new home in https://expert.broadcom.com/cloud_svcs. He PARTNERS PERSPECTIVES The listing serves as a customer-facing directory designed to help potential customers find their ideal partners. By offering detailed profiles, you allow cloud service providers like you to highlight your unique strengths and services.

How do I get access?

To begin editing your listing, you will need an OKTA account for secure authentication. Follow these steps:

Create an OKTA account

Request administrator access to your portal listing

  • Once you have set up your OKTA account, submit your details using this shape.
  • You will be manually added as an administrator to your provider’s list within a few days. NOTE– You will not be able to sign in until you have completed this step and have been associated with the account. Only use your company email in this form.

Editing your listing

Once you have completed the above two steps, you are ready to log in PARTNER PERSPECTIVES

NOTE– If your provider is not listed, please contact (email protected) and we will create a basic list for you to complete.

Access

  • Use your OKTA credentials to access the portal at https://expert.broadcom.com/cloud_svcs

Select your provider

  • You should see only one provider listed (yours). Click the “…” next to it and select “Edit.”

Browse tabs and edit information

Supplier Profile Tab
  • Contains all publicly displayed provider information. Review each subtab to make sure all of your information is correct; Remember to include critical information like “Contact Information” so customers can contact you. Also, make sure the “Cloud Model” tab refers to your VMware by Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation solutions and not other options; otherwise it will not be accepted.
Supplier Contact Tab
  • Allows you to add more users (employees) who can also make changes; make sure they have OKTA logins. If your listing already exists, but you are unable to edit it, please contact (email protected) In order for us to update this for you, you will need to have your account here so you can start editing and adding other accounts.
Events Tab
  • Create any event you have coming here; These will appear under “Events” in the listing on your public page and can be created up to 30 days before the event.

Save changes and review the process

After updating any information within these tabs (making sure all required fields are complete), click “Save Changes.” This action triggers a status change for your content that requires moderator review.

Moderator review

Broadcom moderators are notified of pending changes and will approve them or provide feedback directly via email; Your edits will not be visible on the public profile until they are approved.
