Unbabel now offers Customer Reviewallowing clients to review and refine translations before final delivery. This feature enables clients to ensure that translations fit their brand’s style, terminology, and tone of voice.

Detailed information on expenses

The new one Project level reporting This feature offers detailed insights by tracking key metrics such as translated words, costs, and delivery times of completed projects. This enhancement provides customers with a deep understanding of project performance. By analyzing the spend, scale, and costs of each project, customers can make informed decisions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Our Reporting application It now features a Costs tab, which provides customers with detailed information on subscription costs, usage, and quality metrics. Additionally, Billing application provides access to all billing information, balances, and current plan details.

Multi-currency reporting

To improve cost management and transparency, we have introduced the ability to toggle between Coins in the Portal. This new feature allows clients to view expenses and usage in the contracted currency, simplifying financial tracking and making it easier to manage and understand translation expenses.

From Unbabel File engineering The service offers a streamlined solution for processing files that are not directly supported by our platform or that require modifications before and after translation. Leveraging our file processing API and custom file filters, this service ensures standardized and accurate handling of various file formats, simplifying workflows and improving efficiency.

Self-publishing It involves the meticulous process of preparing, formatting, and finalizing translated content to match the layout and format of the original document. This service maintains the integrity of well-planned designs, enhancing visual appeal and customer satisfaction by seamlessly integrating translated content into any design.

Our Subtitling service Prepare subtitles for video materials, making audiovisual content accessible to a global audience. This service improves comprehension, retention and SEO, while ensuring professional quality and compliance with industry standards.

TO Certificate of accuracy Unbabel certifies that a translation is a true and correct copy of the original document. This additional service offers clients verified translations for external purposes, based on a risk assessment performed during onboarding.

These services are charged in addition to your Unbabel subscription.
